We are God's Masterpiece, Ephesians 2:10
"For we are His workmanship (pøiema), created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them." (NASB)
We
did several things this pilot episode: We created some 60 art cards with
the twenty eight people present. We had three musicians (1 piano, 1
guitar, 2 vocals) sing three+ wonderful songs); 3 young girls performed
a spontaneous ribbon dance; a "masterpiece" challenge from The Last Supper (da Vinci); an Artist Prayer; and free coffee and snacks.Check out our FaceBook page for pictures and videos.

Perfect Artist Creator
The One who set us all in motion
And gives us purpose
We pray that You will inhabit us in a new way
Soften our calloused attitudes
Supersede our post-modern ideologies
Crack us open to bloom as if resurrected
We concede our limited vision
Still larger than we have the ability to express,
To Your vision of the restoration of all things to Yourself
Transform our art
Speak, Creator of all
Through the fragments of our art
That we may see our rightful place inside your mosaic
And in seeing, become who we already are in Christ
Perfect in us the art of imitating Jesus
The One who entered into humanity’s depths and poured Himself out
A living sacrifice
